The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not professional, legal or financial advice, and you should not act on it without speaking to us or another suitably qualified adviser about your specific situation. We aim to keep the site available and accurate but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Privacy policy
What we collect, and when
We only collect personal information when you choose to give it to us:
- If you use the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message.
- If you email, call or WhatsApp us: whatever contact details and information you choose to share.
We don't collect anything about you just for visiting the site.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver our services. We don't send marketing emails, we don't sell or share your details for marketing, and we won't add you to any list you didn't ask to be on.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Who processes your data
Two service providers are involved in running this site:
- Formspree, Inc. delivers contact form submissions to our email. Your form entries pass through their systems.
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the site and, like any web host, may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security purposes.
Both are US companies that process data under EU-approved safeguards. If you'd rather not use the form, you can contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and are then deleted.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us in the course of an enquiry or engagement is treated as strictly confidential. We're happy to put a non-disclosure agreement in place before any engagement, including before an initial conversation if you prefer.
Your rights
Under data protection law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dave@pscs.ie and we'll deal with it promptly. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
